$2 Tapas Tuesdays

Every Tuesday in addition to our regular menu, Chef David creates a $2 Tapas menu.  He creates a new menu every week featuring 4 - 7 items.

Old favorites have included:  fish tacos, arancini. oyster sliders, poutine, bone marrow, and seasonal bruschetta.  
We are doing are darndest to make Tuesdays "cheap & cheerful"!

What You Will Learn:

Menu: Fresh Pasta Dough – Homemade Ricotta

Class Description: If you love fresh ravioli but think you could never make it yourself, this class will change your mind. Alex Leblanc, 50 Local’s Chef de Cuisine demystifies the process, sharing secrets for making perfect pasta dough every time. He’ll walk you step by step through ravioli making—from rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking the ravioli. You’ll learn to make a classic filling of ricotta including a classic egg yolk ravioli.

You will take home homemade ravioli and a recipe card to hone your skills at home and we will toast the day with a glass of bubbles!

Join us for an adventurous culinary evening highlighting street food from around the globe. The four course prix fixe dinner will be served family style and includes a welcome cocktail.
