$2 Tapas Tuesdays - (ON HIATUS UNTIL SEPTEMBER)
Every Tuesday in addition to our regular menu, Chef Tyler creates a $2 Tapas menu. He creates a new menu every week featuring 4 - 8 items.
Old favorites have included: fish tacos, arancini. oyster sliders, poutine, bone marrow, and seasonal bruschetta.
We are doing are darndest to make Tuesdays "cheap & cheerful"!
New for 2018, every day from 5-6pm, we will offer a $2 beers, $5 wines by the glass, $20 bottles of wine, & a bartenders "whim" cocktail for $7. To pair these beverage additions, we will have a menu of $5 of snacks & smalls. Happy Hour is available at the bar & our communal tables.
WORLD OF WHISK(E)Y CLASS [SEPTEMBER, 29]
In this class we will cover everything you want to know about Whisk(e)y. We will go over and discuss:
-The history, origin, and rise in popularity of everyone’s favorite spirit.
-The basic differences between your favorite bourbon, scotch, rye, and everything else.
-What geographically affects whiskeys as well as their ingredients, distillation processes, and regional regulations.
More importantly, these lessons will come with a whisky tasting. In the class you will make your own cocktail as we discuss classic cocktails that have a big brown liquor influence and also some signature cocktails that you can make at home to impress your cocktail - loving friends.

TEQUILA + MEZCAL [OCTOBER, 27]
Come join us to learn everything you need to know about Mexico’s finest spirits. In this class we will go over the history of these wonderful and varied liquors and cover from start to finish the types of agave that are farmed and harvested, how and where they are distilled, which to stock your bar with and what great and creative cocktails you can make with them. There, of course, will be a tasting of various tequilas and mezcals, along with mixing your own Latin concoction.

PROHIBITION [NOVEMBER, 24]
1920-1933 was a time in America's past that changed the trajectory of the alcohol industry worldwide along with creating countless outlaws, secret distilleries, and wild stories that forever live in our country’s history. The effect of prohibition rippled throughout not just the world at that time but through the future of liquor and cocktails in our restaurants and bars. This class will go over not just this fascinating period, but the cocktails and spirits that survived the prohibition as well as what it changed in the years that followed. As always, there will be hands-on cocktail making/drinking and the stories behind how they came to be.

BUILDING A HOME BAR [DECEMBER, 15]
If you are one who loves sitting at the bar over taking a table, if you prefer a perfectly mixed drink over an extra hoppy beer, if you love the idea of craft cocktails but are overwhelmed by the abundance of information and the vast amounts of cocktails, both classic and modern, then this class with be a great leg up to get you on your way to being the go-to cocktail maker with your friends and family.
In this class you will get a good overview and the basic bullet points on what you need in order to have a versatile and functional bar at home without breaking the bank. Looking at a fully stocked bar at a restaurant can be intimidating but there’s no need to spend more than $200 to get your house ready for entertaining and impressing guests.
We will cover what bar tools you need, what recipe books to invest in, different bitters to have around, specific liquor descriptions and recommendations, as well as over 20 cocktails, and their recipes, that can be made by having the right combination of bottles around the house.
Each person will make two of their own cocktails to get some practice and technique.
